Yahoo has modeled its service in such a way that it is easy to use and follow and you do not have to pay anything.  Another advantage is that you do not need to have a Yahoo account to be able to make use these services. That’s where messages get pinned up on a board where everyone can read them. Put up a message for the that particular person you seek and if they don’t see it perhaps someone who knows them will see the message and tell them.
